Villa Addaura B&B is situated in a beautiful position on the sea shore (just 7 mt from the sea), a few minutes by car from Mondello (2 minutes) and Palermo (15 minutes) near the bus-stop that connects you to the city. The Villa, immersed in the Mediterranean vegetation, with a very well tended garden around, has the direct access to the sea. Your vacation will start entering the house, where you will find the peacefulness and the frendly Italian hospitality. The house is situated in one of the most suggestive and panoramic point of Mondello's gulf, under mount Pellegrino, away from the traffic. The villa has been recently build than it's new and well kept from the staff.

The house has two floors: on the higher floor, three bedrooms (1 double bed/2 twin bed) each with private bathroom with shower-box finely kept, furnished of ceiling fan; on the lower floor a big living-room with air-condition and the kitchen. A big solarium on every two floors. You will find the comfort, welcome and relax that you are looking for; the owner with his complete disposability will contribute to make your vacations wonderful.

Breakfast, self-service, is pleasant and plentiful; the living-room has direct access in the garden with a stone-table for wonderful breakfast with sea-fragrance, than there is a completly functionality for your best holidays.

The center of the city of Palermo is to 15 minutes by car.
The zone is well served from the public-bus.
The airport is 20 kms from Mondello.
Staff speaks Italian, English and Spanish.

From Palermo, it's a short day trip to Bagheria with its eighteenth-century Baroque Villas; Cefalù with the famous village Cathedral and the beautiful beach; Erice Middle Ages untouched Medieval village; Monreale and its caracteristic mosaics of the Cathedral; Selinunte with its Acropolis; Agrigento with the Valley of the Temples to be envied by the Greeks; Trapani; Mothia island the most important Phoenician colony in Sicily; Piazza Armerina with the famed Villa Romana del Casale with its 3,500 square meters of mosaics.
Segesta with its Greek theatre and Doric Temple is only 50 kms away. The Zingaro, a few kms far from the property of Villa Addaura, is one of the most beautiful natural coastal reserve and deserves a visit.
